BETTY BARCLAY GROUP or the pertinent company will store and use the personal data you enter, including the data in your attachments (hereinafter referred to as “data”), solely for the purpose of processing your application.

Your data will be encrypted and then stored at a data-processing centre in Germany.
3. Data access
Only the people responsible for filling vacant positions at BETTY BARCLAY GROUP (HR, the department in question) will have access to your data. These staff must never use your data for purposes of their own and are bound to secrecy. In addition, an appropriate data protection standard is applied. Your data are protected against unauthorised access through an encrypted transfer, an encrypted storage, a role and authorisation concept, a data protection concept and physical security measures for the servers.
4. Data accuracy
You ensure that the data you submit are correct, clear, up-to-date and truthful.
5. Data deletion
Unless you ask us to delete your data, they will be stored for six () months after the application process has been concluded in order to open up other career opportunities at BETTY BARCLAY GROUP for you. This period of retention applies to all of your applications. If future changes in the legal requirements should mean different periods of retention, these will be complied with without notice. The period starts anew with any new application.
