For us, it's not just a question of offering support with child care; we are keen to help with domestic support services and support with relatives in need of care – in fact, about the "work-life balance".
During any family-related leave of absence, we encourage maintenance of qualifications and regular contact with colleagues. And when you return from family-related leave, we'll take measures to make sure you are actively reintegrated.


FITNESS & HEALTH
As a balance to office life, we offer attractive special terms for membership of the Pfitzenmeier and Venice Beach Wellness & Fitness Parks – who operate over 20 super-modern fitness and wellness centres in the Rhein-Neckar metropolitan region.
Action days, workshops and presentations on subjects such as back problems, stress and nutrition round off the range of measures to promote health that we offer. We also work with health insurance funds and experienced sports scientists in this field.
